ClpPrimalColumnSteepest<br>
1 has no equivalent in Clp (I would translate as 0)<br>
2 translates to 0<br>
3 translates to 1<br>

For startup mode<br>
<br>
0,1,2 correspond approximately to ifValuesPass=0<br>
3 normally corresponds to ifValuesPass=1<br>
You can use setIstopMode to make 3 correspond to ifValuesPass=2 (i.e.<br>
stop after values pass).<br>
