 CglZeroHalf.hpp includes Cgl012cut.hpp, but Cgl012cut.hpp is not installed
 to include/coin. This breaks building cbc against a system-installed cgl.
 This issue is easily fixed by making the required changes to
 includecoin_HEADERS in src/CglZeroHalf/Makefile.am.
