Comment:

 In version stable 0.51, the variables that were undefined during an build
 with optimization turned on (because they were only used in an assert()
 statement) where appropriately enclosed in an "#ifdef  CGL_DEEBUG" block
 in CglKnapsackCover.cpp.  That file looked to be the last of the culprits
 generating warnings in Cgl.
