 !OsiMsk has been updated. In Cgl/configure.ac, the file used to confirm
 Mosek presence should be changed from mosekdl.h to mosek.h:

 AC_COIN_HAS_USER_LIBRARY([Mosek],[MSK],[mosek.h],[MSK_openmosek])

 Currently, only Osi/trunk is updated. There will be a follow-on ticket
 when the !OsiMsk update is moved out to stable & release.
