 Cgl does not build properly using the autotools with the Microsoft
 compiler that come with the Visual C++ Toolkit 2003. It fails when it
 tries to build the library. I can try to reproduce the error if you want,
 but I don't have it handy to paste here. You may not care about fixing
 this, since it seems to work with the free Microsoft compiler that comes
 with Visual C++ Express 2005, which is a more recent compiler anyway.
