I suggest to disable the lift-and-project cuts (remove the lift
on). IMHO they are quite expensive to generate, this could be the
reason of the solver hanging.<br>

release. Indeed, it works fine with default setting. However,
when I used the below settings, cbc2.98 hangs.<br>
