A bug was found in this area a week or so ago - only on a very
small problem. It was odd as that bit of code has not changed for
years. Your output is identical to mine up to error and my
resulting problem is tiny so it may be worth trying fix.<br>

You say you have problems compiling latest on Windows - so you
could try getting 2.9 and just copying OsiPresolve.cpp,
ClpPresolve.cpp and CoinPresolveHelperFunctions.cpp across.<br>
<br>
Another way to get round bug is to change line 1249 of
OsiPresolve.cpp to<br>
<br>
bulkratio_(5.0),<br>
<br>
which should fix problem<br>
