           I am running CBC by using ORtools to solve a MIP model of a

      location problem.

      <br>

      The model is exported in LP format attached in this mail.

      <br>

          CBC gives a feasible solution and all values of decision

      variables and  objective function are 0. But this

      <br>

      solution violate many constraints. And I checked by running Cplex

      the same

      <br>

      model (if I code correctly), and the optimal solution value are

      not 0.

      <br>

          Could you tell me if the constraint format is OK or what is

      reason of this problem.
