On the first question - no - and as the next node to be expanded
may be a daughter of the current node, I am not sure it makes
sense. It would be fairly easy to get the second best node when
node is chosen - using a derived eventHandler.

The same event handler could be used to remove the chosen node and
try again.

If you need this (why? :-)), I could put in a new event and
handler call in CbcTree::bestNode (in trunk).
I was wondering if there is a way to get the next node to be
expanded with CBC before the prior node finishes. As well I
was wondering if there is a way to remove a node from a
problem. I've tried using the tree structure that nodes are
stored in without any luck.
