ifmove - on in tree if some cuts generated and cuts seem to be
helpful<br>
forceOn - always on in tree<br>
onglobal - as on but relax cuts to be global cuts <br>
forceandglobal - as forceOn but relax cuts to be global<br>
forceLongOn - as forceOn but allow very dense cuts<br>
long - as on but allow very dense cuts<br>
