            postsolve which fixes variables and that appears to be
            infeasible. Does CBC have a parameter to switch off the
            postsolve?</span></p>

        <p class="MsoNormal"><span>I can provide a LP or MPS file of the
            model. The scaling of the model seems ok.</span></p>
