Hi, i study gamstest in cbc's folder "test" and i would greatly
appreciate any help.<br>

I am trying to understand functions sos1a and sos2a: <br>
I want you to tell me what is supposed to be the matrix start[], for
example in the sos2a function.<br>
I understood the other matrices (colub,collb,
rowlb,rowup,index,value).<br>
