[Cbc] [Clp] GNUMath Prog

I don't think it should be too difficult to make Cbc print out the
results in a fashion similar to SYMPHONY, but I'm not entirely sure
about that. I will try to take a look at it over the next few days. In
the meantime, if you could file a ticket, that would be helpful.
