BuildTools 0.7.14 has been released.

The primary change that was partially implemented in 0.7.13 and completed in 0.7.14 is to add an an undocumented configure option "--enable-dependency-linking." This option will become the default in some future stable version of BuildTools (probably 0.8). It forces explicit linking of all libraries against their dependencies during the build to ensure that there are no undefined symbols. This option is needed for compliance with Fedora packaging requirements and also for building DLLs under MINGW, which is now supported.
