[BuildTools] BuildTools 0.7.2 released

Hi,

bugfix release 0.7.2 of BuildTools has just been released.

These are the changes:
- fix for confusing clang compiler with cl in various macros
- give priority to isfinite over finite and _finite in 
AC_COIN_CHECK_ISFINITE
- added a define for HAVE_CSTDDEF in configall_system_msc.h
