[BuildTools] BuildTools 0.7 release?

Hi,

with the growing number of stable branches that are based on BuildTools 
0.7, I am starting to think when would be a good time to start pushing 
out releases?

If noone objects, I may start to create releases for BuildTools 0.7 and 
Data and ThirdParty projects at the next weekend (9/10th of July).
This would imply that from this time on, only bugfixes could be merged 
into these stable branches.
