[BuildTools] Ipopt Problem in new Build System

Hi:

If, in the new build system, someone does something like the following:


AC_COIN_HAS_PACKAGE(Ipopt, [ipopt], [OSLib])

Then IPOPT_CFLAGS gets set to the value below. I think Commin should be 
Common.

-I/Users/kmartin/coin/os-tmp/Ipopt/src/Commin
