 We decided a while ago to go a different way to upgrade the autotools and
 started implementing this in !BuildTools/trunk and various autotools-
 upgrade branches. I don't recall the details on what we're doing anymore
 and we're probably not going to add updates on what we're doing here
 anymore - look at the commit messages for that :-).
