Comment:

 Should work if !BuildTools is in a usual place, e.g., the project base
 source directory.

 configure now sets a link to this {{{BuildTools}}} in the projects main
 directory, so that {{{Makemain.inc}}} can be found.

 {{{svn:externals}}} are updated from the Dependencies file by calling the
 {{{set_externals}}} script.
