 Hi,

 looks for me like a problem with the whitespaces in the path
 {{{/cygdrive/c/Documents and Settings/guomingl/Cbc-2.1.0/build}}}
 Can you try to put the code and to build in a different directory without
 whitespaces?

 However, of course it is a bug in the build system, but it might be
 difficult to track down.
