 Thanks to Dave Gay at AMPL, ASL now comes with fpsetprec64.s.
 compile_Unix_ASL.in is upgraded to recognise 32- and 64-bit builds on
 Solaris x86 and add fpsetprec or fpsetprec64 as appropriate.

 Thanks also to Michael Bussieck at GAMS, and Stefan Vigerske, for
 providing access to a Solaris x86 box to do this bit of work.
