 Hi,

 I wanted to do a make dist on my project, but it failed.
 The first thing is that EXTRA_DIST in !ThirdParty/Lapack/Makefile.am
 should be set to get.Lapack, not get.lapack.

 And then "make dist" tries to include acinclude.m4 for those directories
 where there is a configure.
 But this file is not included into the project repositories, even though
 it is generated by !BuildTools/run_autotools.
 Should this file be added to the repositories (see also
 https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools/wiki/pm-
 autotools#WhichFilesShouldbeintheSubversionRepository)
 or is there some change behind the "make dist" needed?
