 This is an artifact of the fact that the !CoinHelp project directory is a
 symlink to !BuildTools.  Plug-ins don't seem to work correctly that way.

 Solution: Use mod_rewrite in httpd to map !CoinHelp to !BuildTools (and
 Alps to Cops).

 I don't seem to have enough privilege to close this.
