 Configuration fails in cygwin with the cl compiler.
 A sed command for "Applying patches to libtool for cl compiler" fails, and
 libtool becomes an empty file.
 There is an extra backslash on line 1808 in BuildTools/coin.m4 that causes
 this problem (it also appears in the configuration file in the same
 context..)
