 Once I've configured for a VPATH build, if I run '{{{make doxydoc}}}' in
 the build directory, the {{{doxydoc/html}}} directory is created in the
 distribution directory. At a glance, the fix probably requires a
 {{{doxygen.conf.in}}} file.
