Comment:

 Seems to work for me.  Did you type 'make' in the CoinAll package base
 directory, or in the Clp subdirectory?  The latter doesn't work, since the
 dependencies (in this case CoinUtils) are then not built.

 If that still doesn't work for you, please attach the entire output of
 make, executed in the package base directory (where you see CoinUtils and
 Clp as subdirectories).
