[Bonmin] suppressing output

Hi,
To suppress almost all output you will need to turn off two log levels in
addition:
"bb_log_level 0 nlp_log_level 0"

You will only have three lines of output saying that Bonmin is running, it
is using Ipopt and the final solution status.
