 Dear David,
 This ticket is more likely related to Ipopt than to Bonmin. Please rather
 file a ticket in Ipopt (there https://projects.coin-or.org/Ipopt).

 P.S. Regarding compiling Bonmin in visual studio. I personally don't have
 any possibility of reproducing or fixing problems. But if, by any chance,
 anybody has better project files than the one currently provided, I am
 happy to have him/her upload them to the repository.
