 I also had a look at the patch now, and I don't understand it.  What is
 the purpose of the indentations of the preprocessor lines, and why would
 you not delete the array a?

 Bonmin should work with Pardiso, if one just specifies the usual flags to
 configure that one otherwise specifies with the Ipopt configure.
