 I think that you may do that with another option:
 max_consecutive_failures.
 If you set max_consecutive_failures to a big value it should continue
 branching until either the subproblem is solved or all the integers are
 fixed (at that point if the problem still fails I don't see what to do).

 Well it may not work right now (according to the documentation). I'll
 check it.
