 If you try to solve a problem with bonmin and either bonmin or Ipopt
 encounter a problem, then no .sol file is written and AMPL is unable to
 recover. It would be great if bonmin could report a status of "no solution
 found" when there are errors, but the .sol file is written so that the
 AMPL script is able to continue. Most solvers work like this.
