 Roy,

 Could you please rerun this and set the following option, both for Ipopt
 and for Bonmin (i.e., you put it into files called {{{ipopt.opt}}} and
 {{{bonmin.opt}}}):

 {{{
 print_level 6
 }}}

 This will (hopefully) produce more output, which might help us to see what
 is going on.  Please put the output into a file and attach it to this
 ticket.
