 We are trying to solve some non-linar knapsack problems using AMPL and
 Bonmin but for several problems we have had Bonmin exit half way through
 with an exit code of 35584.  What does this exit code mean?  We're using
 Version 0.1.4 with cygwin.

 I suspect it may have run out of memory but would like to confirm this.

 The last Bonmin reports before stopping is:
