 This error message indicates that the AMPL command "solve;" is erroneously
 put into the 'bonmin_options' variable in the user's AMPL script.  Please
 check what bonmin_options is set to.  It should only contain valid Bonmin
 (or Ipopt) options, and no AMPL commands.
