[BCP] BCP delete

Hi,

I would like just to report a small memory leak.

There is the initialization of _lp_prob->msg_env with
new BCP_single_environment at
BCP_single_environment::register_process(USER_initialize*)
(BCP_message_single.cpp:148) and it is never deleted: neither
in BCP_single_environment or in the destructor of _lp_prob.
