[BCP] Configuring / Compiling BCP with Cplex 12.2

I do not have a Mac available with OS X, but each time I got this behavior
with Fedora, the reason was that permissions of Cplex files and access
where not set properly. Are you sure that you can run cplex from the
account you are using to install Bcp?
