[BCP] Antw: Re: Bcp installation

Thanks a lot. It worked. The only difference is that I added it to 
 
CoinUtils/src/CoinSmartPtr.hpp and not to
CoinUtils/src/CoinSmart.cpp 
because I do not have such a file.

at the top of Bcp/src/include/BCP_vector.hpp and in
CoinUtils/src/CoinSmart.cpp
