[BCP] Executing AAP_BP failed

Hello,
Actually I am trying to compile the example (AAP_BP) posted by Matthew
Galati but I have encountered the following errors:
Makefile.coin and Makefile.location not found

This is a little bit normal since there is no subdirectory called Makefiles/
in a my Bcp-1.2.3 directory.
What can i do to make the example running.
