[BCP] install Bcp-1.2.2 on Cygwin

Hi,

 

Could anyone provide a step-by-step instructions on how to install Bcp-1.2.2
on cygwin? In particular, what cygwin packages are needed for BCP? I have
followed the instructions by Dr. Francois Margot and successfully configured
BCP on a linux machine, but when it comes to cygwin, warnings and errors
emerge a lot. I guess it is due to the lack of some cygwin packages or maybe
the Makefile needs change to adapt to cygwin.

Could anyone offer me some guidance?
