[BCP] Migration from BCP 1.0 to BCP 1.2

Dear colleagues,

I'm porting an application using BCP 1.0 to BCP 1.2. I made some
ajusts but something stranger has been happen. It's the message:

spp: ../../../Bcp/src/TM/BCP_tm_msg_node_send.cpp:60:
BCP_tm_node_to_send::BCP_tm_node_to_send(BCP_tm_prob&, const
BCP_tm_node*, BCP_message_tag): Assertion `i >= 0' failed.

I look into the code and this problem is about the tree level, I
think. I verified and my branch candidates have been generated
correctly. Do you have an idea about this problem?

What are the main point in a port from BCP 1.0 to BCP 1.2?
