[BCP] BCP_vg_user, addendum

Hello again,

I found a post in June 2008 of someone having the same problem:

(unfortunately, there is no reply to the post.)

The AAP example (http://coral.ie.lehigh.edu/coin/COIN_EXAMPLES/AAP_BP/)
would demonstrate column generation with Bcp, but unfortunately does not
work with Bcp 1.2.0.  I tried to make it work in August but failed.
Having it working in the trunk would be a real assett, both for long
term test-coverage and for demonstrating the column generation function
of Bcp.
