[BCP] Run Time Limit

Hi all,


When I run BCP in single processor environment, it usually stops well 
beyond the run time limit (especially when I am solving big 
problems). But this does not happen in parallel BCP. I suspect it is 
because BCP checks the time in 'process_message()' method, and this 
method is not called as frequent as necessary; or, I am doing 
something awkward.

I appreciate any help,

PS. I might be using an older version of BCP, and in new versions 
there may not be such an issue
