[Coin-bcpdiscuss] New point release 1.1.0 of BCP is available

Hello,

I have created a new point release of BCP that fixes the bugs discussed in the
past couple of days. The reason to name the release 1.1.0 instead of 1.0.1 is
that the change to BCP_DBL_MAX may break some code that relied on the
hard-coded constants, thus some compatibility is lost. (If only the tiny
version number changed then the code should have stayed backwards compatible.)

The new version is available from svn now, and the tarball should be created
sometime between 2-3am EST.
