 Need to add

 #include <cstddef>

 at the beginning of BCP_vector.hpp to be able to compile stable/1.2 with
 gcc version 4.6.0 20110509 (Red Hat 4.6.0-7) on Fedora 15. Same change
 required with older version of stable.

 The same include must be added in CoinUtils/src/CoinSmartPtr.hpp. I have
 filed a ticket in CoinUtils about it, but this might be a Bcp problem.
