 checking out vanilla 1.2.1, configuring and making and installing
 everything results in a framework which will not compile all but the BAC
 example. Platform: Debian on Intel.

 The most common error is

 include/MCF3_tm.hpp:45: error: 'BCP_pricing_status' has not been declared

 Did I miss something?
