 This is for Bcp-1.0.0.

 The execution of Bcp's examples (in MPI parallel environment) fails at the
 end with a segmentation fault.

 I think the problem is the "delete user_init" at the end of "bcp_main"
 function in BCP_tm_main.cpp.
